In this class, you will learn how to make these delicate and delicious pastries from scratch. French macarons are a classic French pastry that consists of two almond meringue cookies sandwiched together with a creamy filling.

During the class, you will learn the art of making perfect macarons, including tips on how to make the perfect meringue, how to pipe the perfect shells, proper macaronage, and how to get a smooth and shiny surface. We will also touch briefly on filling flavors.

Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process step by step, and you will have the opportunity to practice making the macarons yourself. At the end of the class, you will leave with your own box of freshly made macarons to share with your friends and family.
