CCK – Steam Table Pan, Full Size Anti-Jamming 2 1/2″ Deep

Fractional food pans are commonly used in steam tables, chafing dishes and refrigerated prep tables. Each opening or “hole” typically represents one full size pan (Referred to as 12″ x 20″) and can be divided many ways to provide the operator with multiple food items in one opening. Adapter plates can be used to convert a full size rectangular opening to hold round insets for soup, chili and sauces, etc.. Divider bars (adapter bars) may also be necessary when using smaller sized food pans in a full size opening. Also referred to as gastronorm pans, gastronorm trays, andhotel pans.
